Delete account
Quick summary
- Email support@slovoedu.ru with the subject «Delete account».
- Include the email used to register your account.
- We will delete the account and related data within 30 calendar days.
- Deletion is permanent. Progress cannot be restored.
How to send a request
Open your email client and write to support@slovoedu.ru.
In the message please include:
- Subject: «Delete account».
- Email used to register the account in Slovo za Slovom (if you write from a different address).
- Nickname in the app (optional — helps us locate the account faster).
We recommend sending the email from the same address that was used for registration. If not possible, we will request additional verification details in the reply.
What gets deleted
After processing the request, the following are permanently removed:
- account record (email, password, nickname);
- avatar, if uploaded;
- learning profile: native language, target language, chosen tutor, level;
- lesson and exercise progress, experience points, streak, leaderboard entry;
- certificates issued for completed levels;
- session and authentication tokens.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained in anonymised form or in internal records as required by Russian law (e.g. technical logs for security incident investigation). Such data does not personally identify you and is not used for any other purpose.
Timing
Requests are processed within 30 calendar days from receipt. Usually faster. We will email you a confirmation once deletion is complete.
